WHY WE CREATED FARMGALAXY

At FarmGalaxy we love good food. And good food is all about good ingredients. Have you tried farm-grown tomatoes? Cucumbers? Or farm fresh milk? How about local strawberries? If you have, you know what we are talking about. It tastes different. It smells different. Like real food. This is how we started.

We love going to local farms. We know the owners. They are our neighbors and friends. We know all the farm animals by their names. Our kids play with them. We know the practices used by the farmers. This experience is so much different from a trip to a big-chain grocery store. We want to share it with you.

Even though many farms have websites and Facebook pages, it is difficult to find them unless you know the name of the farm. But what if you just want to know where to buy fresh eggs for your breakfast tomorrow morning? Now you can just open the app, choose the type of food you are looking for, and you will know exactly where and when to buy it.

And, of course, we want to support local farmers, because they work hard to feed us all. We care about our kids' and their kids' health. We care about our planet's future. We want to live among green forests, breathe fresh air, and drink clean water.

This is why we made it our mission to find a new, simple way to connect local farmers with their customers, and to help people bring fresh, local produce straight from the farm to their table.
